Intercept the material that, still in dignified condition, it is possible to reuse it before it becomes a waste according to the current legislation. E’ the central goal of “the center of reuse”, which will be located within the Municipal Collection Center in via Paestum and for which the Municipality has activated a manifestation of interest for the selection of a subject to whom to entrust management.
It is an invitation, preparatory to the subsequent procedure for awarding the service by means of a specific tender, addressed, in particular, to all voluntary associations that meet the requirements. The manager must be able to guarantee at least biweekly opening of 4 hours a day. Part of the collected goods will be sent, for free, socially disadvantaged people, identified by the municipal social services sector following regular application. Each household will be able to take advantage of 3 pieces a year, with specific exceptions. The charges deriving from the sale of the collected or given material, subject to expenses, they will have to be reinvested within the market itself.
